Bernie's April 2012 Bowery Street Retreat      Street retreats have been a core practice of the Zen Peacemakers since 1991, when Roshi Bernie Glassman led the first one in the streets of the Bowery in New York City. Since then they have been held annually in New York, Denver, Paris and Zurich, and occasionally in many other cities around the world.   Tompkins Park, Bowery NY, 1991   Roshi Bernie and Roshi Grover Genro Gauntt will lead a street retreat in New York from April 27 – 29, 2012. Attendance in this retreat is limited to Friends of Bernie. Those attending are asked to raise a mala (view mala description) of 18 beads of $108 and one large bead of $1,080.     Visit Our New Website!
